These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MAFIA Rivals game, services, websites and related applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by the operator (referred to as "we", "us", or "MAFIA Rivals"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If local law requires a higher age, you must meet that requirement.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must not share, sell, or transfer your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, cheating, or other violations.

2. Player Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

Use the Service fairly and in good faith. Respect other players and in-game community features.

Cheating, hacking, reverse-engineering the game client or server, using bots or automation, exploiting bugs, interfering with other players, harassing or abusing other users, impersonation, and creating or distributing cheats or malicious tools.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, removal of virtual items, and legal action where applicable.

3. Virtual Goods, Currency and Payments

The Service may offer virtual goods, currencies, subscriptions, or other digital items ("Virtual Goods"). Virtual Goods are licensed, not sold, to you and remain our property. Virtual Goods have no monetary value outside the Service.

Purchases are processed through the platform stores or payment processors you choose. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Unless local law requires otherwise, purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable. We may at our discretion offer refunds or credits in exceptional cases.

Attempted chargebacks, payment fraud, or use of unauthorized payment methods may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Intellectual Property and User Content

All game content, trademarks, artwork, code, sound, music, and design are owned or licensed by us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

You may create and submit content (chat messages, player-created names, community posts) subject to these Terms. By submitting content you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit it.

Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates privacy or intellectual property rights. We may remove such content without notice.

5. Privacy

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational, security, or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where MAFIA Rivals is incorporated, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or your registered email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Miscellaneous

The Service may include links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue in effect.

These Terms and any policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
